The TS SolarScanner offers secure free-hand observation of the sun. You can check anytime and anywhere if there are interesting spots on the sun.

The high-quality filter foil prevents the energy from entering the optical system. Of course we only use proven Baader Astro-Solar film. The sun is depicted in neutral colour and with good contrast.

Beneath spot observation, the SolarScanner is also useful for events like eclipses or planetary transits. It can also be used for drawing the sun´s surface - the image has the correct orientation.

Of course, the filter can be taken off, then you have a useful pocket scope for nature observation

As common for small and highly mobile instruments, the SolarScanner is delivered with a pouch.
